The Biblical EQ course, otherwise known as "Managing And Mastering Your Emotions" involves 16 discussions/classes over an 8 week period and covers the book one chapter at a time in order.

The course is FREE and is offered through the Asian Internet Bible Institute.

The only textbook you need is the Biblical EQ ebook that you can download above.

The course commences on the first Monday of each month or when a class of four or more students agrees to meet online.

The course is a discipleship level course suitable for all Christians.

Theologically it is interdenominational and suitable for all evangelicals, charismatics, and Pentecostals (all born-again, bible-believing Christians).

THE BOOK: Biblical EQ

EQ is emotional intelligence - the capacity to be smart, wise, and masterful emotionally and relationally. Biblical EQ is the Christian, sanctified, and wise management of emotions and is a key skill in Christian living and in serving God effectively. This book was originally written to help Christian workers master the emotional stresses and strains of missionary service but is relevant to all Christians. It is written from an evangelical/charismatic perspective that takes Scripture as te basis for its conclusions. Biblical EQ aims to help you to live wisely and well as a Spirit-filled Christian.

This short ebook explores the possibility of Jesus being our model for Christian emotionality and what that means for our own self-understanding, emotional healing, personal mastery and for our day to day living. Biblical EQ aims to answer questions such as:

• How can I bring my emotions under control?
